In light of all the planetary shifts and changes, I too am shifting and changing therefore; I am revising all my policies. The following is in effect immediately and will be enforced. Please read it so we can avoid any misunderstandings in the future.

I, Janine Nacimento of Pure Heart Healings, offer Shamanic Healings, Spiritually Guided Intuitive Readings, Intuitive Nutritional Counseling, and Empowerment and Motivational Coaching. I am neither a medical doctor nor a psychologist, and I do not claim to “cure” any conditions. Furthermore, my services are not intended to substitute for medical therapy, And nothing said by me should be misconstrued as such. I advise you seek the medical advice of a licensed physician of your choice before following any program or taking any products that I offer or Suggest. If you choose to forego supervision by a medical doctor, this is your right, and I assume no responsibility. I also reserve the right to terminate this relationship at my discretion.

scheduling and cancellations

My schedule generally fills quite rapidly so I recommend you book your session at least one week in advance. If there are any cancellations or openings that week I will do everything to get you in as fast as possible. I require all readings to be prepaid and received by me no later than 2 days prior to a scheduled session. Upon receipt of payment your appointment will be confirmed. If time permits and we need to go over the scheduled time an additional fee (based on the hourly rate) will be charged and must be paid for at the end of the session, for services rendered. If cancellation is necessary, it must be made 48 hrs prior to scheduled appointment. Missed appointments will be charged in full, NO REFUNDS. However, If you cancel and reschedule in the allotted time, your payment will be credited to your rescheduled session. Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis.

For all classes, workshops and seminars: If cancellation is necessary, it must be made
48 hrs prior to scheduled event. NO REFUNDS on meditation or luncheon events.

phone sessions/consultations

Telephone readings and consultations are available. Energetically there is no difference to a phone session vs. an in-person session (except personal preference or geographical location). Payment for a telephone session must be paid in–full and received by me 2 days prior to scheduled appointment. In the case that more time is needed at the end of your session, a new appointment must be scheduled (I cannot go over allotted time). My above cancellation policy is in effect here as well. I will be happy to arrange phone readings for friends and family from out of town at anytime.

e-mails

E-mails are used for scheduling, referrals or general questions regarding my practice. Not available for readings.

Payments paid may not be transferred from readings to classes
    or from classes to readings.
No Refunds on Prepaid Discount Reading Packages.
Prepaid Bundles must be scheduled/redeemed within 6 months of purchase.

These policies and procedures have been put in place to honor the healer & client relationship, creating wellness and balance overall. They will be enforced.
